Finally got my hard lines that go through the rockers so I can start my "S" conversion for the oiling system. Just need a cooler and some clamps and it should be complete and ready for mock-up so we can fabricate the clamps.

Strike what I said about the mosquitoes. Those f-ing things were all over me tonight. Fished the front calipers out for a rebuild.Comment

the glove box needed repair. filled in a few holes and sanded the inside with 220 grit.
painted inside of box with Rust oleum dark grey.. then flocked it with dark grey flock.
once it Drys overnight iwill blow off the excess flock material

Leather dye worked well on the pressed paper material ...

Redye the lid liner....
Made new elastic staps ..
made 240mm long with 40mm overlap and then sew the 40mm overlap.
It goes on like a band and is super glued on the back side...Comment

i just put the glove box in ...
guess what
it is not the correct glove box...
opening at the top should be smaller
only large enough for the magnetic closure
this one is wide for a light.
but 1968 did not have a lightComment
