John continues to be right on ……seems some refuse to accept the outrage… normal citizens (children in schools ) conducting their everyday events that are subjected to massacre by sick individuals just because the 2nd amendment allows individuals the right to buy AK47’s , which really is a weapon of mass destruction
Our society recognizes the differences between a bullets & bombs and various types of missiles …..Nuclear arms fall into another category based on the possible danger to society and the general population of the highest degree ! Most societies understand and make great efforts to restrict access and use of these weapons .
They don't say “ Nuclear weapons don’t kill people , people kill people “ or “ I have the right to defend myself “
These comments are nonsense and suggest there is no room for any compromise or logical thought process .
We don’t care that innocent children get massacred, we want all citizens to have the right to buy and use AK47’s no matter what they intend to do with this weapon . We also don't even care if their crazy , someone will vouch for them .
We also want a weapon on the market that can shoot mini nuclear bullets that can take out any gathering of people within 100 yards in less than 10 seconds

All rights have boundaries limiting extreme interpretations and actions by bad actors . Bad actors are watched and controlled to inhibit access to weapons of mass destruction. Its a very simple concept…. AK47’s go beyond the concept of the right to bare arms and protect/defend yourself

The discussion/ posts today about “thoughtful decision making “ have real world application ……” Whats the worst thing that can happen”

As a non-drinker, I feel the same way about booze. More than 10,000 people die from the actions of drunk drivers every year in this country.

If we protect the right to buy alcohol…..crazy people will buy it and kill a-lot of people who are innocently driving possibly children on their way to church camp.
