Kiiling me that people think Hammond is a good guy and the only problem is he's fucking old. Anyone want to see his attorney arguing that people concerned about the ESR leadership were harming his "business" as they referred to your little 501c7? Or Chuck hemming and hawing about the insurance fraud that was committed on behalf of the ESR?

Honestly surprised this latest round of comments from paying and ex-paying ESR members hasn't sparked a mass exodus over here. -

Presumably the litigation is part of the public record. Does anyone here have a case/docket number/citation?

Doen't work that way. The juicy stuff - discovery, depositions - isn't available via the courts. I've got great video of Chuck and Michael's attorney losing her shit when Chuck was presented with the evidence of his insurance fraud.Originally posted by teenchy View PostComment
