I just watched the video. It takes me back to my Aspen and Sun Valley days in the 70's.

Probably not common knowledge, but he was born as "Perry Miller". He chose the name "Jesse Colin Young" as an amalgum of outlaws "Jesse James" and "Cole Younger" and (wait for it...) Colin Chapman!! from Lotus fame.

The anniversary for his passing is tomorrow March 18th... if you haven't looked at the collaboration with Steve Miller yet, please do, it's truly worth watching.
