  • My sons new coffee shop

My son Nik wearing his Early911Registry jacket at his new coffee shop opening, Thanks JP!! Many of you may have met Nik if you go to the "Lit Meet" as he's been my support team there for many years.

Please note the espresso heads... the group heads come up from under the counter where all the machinery is hidden... that way the baristas work can be seen by the customers and it's not hidden behind some big machine. The "grind" of the beans is monitored and changed throughout the day as temperature and humidity change so that we can maintain consistency in the espresso.

The 2nd coffee shop location has been arranged and we will start work there in the next 6 months.

This will be my future... I really enjoy working in the background of his new company and we will expand this family operation and I look forward to the next chapter of my life.

If you ever get to Seattle come check us out!

Thanks for stopping by! Nik knew he knew you... but it was out of the usual spot, so he was a bit confused at first. Sorry I missed you, hope you're having a great time up north of us! Best to your family.
