    50th anniversary of Ferrari 308

    Was invited to the event in St James London this week
    “In honour of the 50th anniversary of the iconic Ferrari 308, Cavallino is hosting an evening featuring a panel of speakers, including Lorenzo Ramaciotti, who led the design team at Pininfarina for 17 years, Antonio Tognana, 1982 Italian Rally Champion, Luigi Orlandini, Chairman and CEO of Cavallino, and Massimo Delbò, Editorial Director of Cavallino Magazine.”

    The silver example on display in the rotunda at the Royal Automobile Club was a personal gift from Enzo Ferrari to the designer — it features a number of unique personals touches he told us about.

    The Ferrari 308 GTB celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2025, as it was unveiled at the 1975 Paris Motor Show. To mark this occasion, various events were held globally, including a special breakfast by Ferrari Frankfurt for owners, an exclusive event in London at the Royal Automobile Club, and displays at locations like the Salone Auto Torino.
