  • 1971 S nearing completion

    I’m really close now…but it’s still freezing in CT and I don’t want to work on it. Need to put fuel in the tank, hook up the fuels lines to the engine from the filter, add oil to the tank and a few minor electrical connections like the CDI harness….then pray it starts…3 years. Oh, and put on its new feet…

    Looks really good, Simon (and welcome to the new registry).

    I remember my years in CT and the frustration of waiting for the thaw to get back to my cars. If it makes you feel any better, I moved to warm Texas years ago and things still haven't gotten any faster for me!

      It's nice and toasty here in North Florida yet I have taken a yearly hiatus from my car. You have maybe just given me some inspiration

          Looks beautiful, very nice work. Is the engine stock 2.2?
