I spent 6 hours prepping a 7X15 Fuchs as a spare for Doug's froggy car. 1000, 1500 on the whole wheel. 2000, 2500, and polish on the lip. The 5 wheel centers will be gold. No power tools. All done by hand. My fingers are beat.

The wheels are coming along nicely. The Gold paint is left over from painting 74RS wheels.
The CN36's are already on the rims so they just need air and this avoids damage to the wheel later.
SWB Deco recurved for LWB bumpers.
This allows us to remove those red reflectors for a cleaner look.
3.2 RSR size MFI lump with the new 41mm tube SSI's.
