Location of Wiper Washer Tank in a 1973 Car?

Just picked up a 73S and the wiper washer tank is boucing around the front trunk but the hoses make it look like it was originally located in the rear of the trunk as opposed to the nose as in my 70T. Did they relocate the tank in later cars?

If it wasn't factory a/c there is a small bracket that the reservoir sits into and the rubber gasket hold the neck in place.
Factory a/c is at the cardboard bullhead cover as JP cites.
