  • Is Porsche Classic still making the SWB taillight and turn signal units?

I'm looking for a set of euros but my dealer is saying they're NLA and the online dealers also show no availability. Is it possible that Porsche has stopped manufacturing these already?

I know, I know, not as good as NOS but priced right for my budget.

Stoddard still has them at their inflated prices.

My dealer told me the same that the euro parts were NLA and their website says "discontinued" when you look up the part number. I do think it's odd. Why spend all the $$ to tool up for these then only sell them for such a short time?

There is a NNS front set here in Germany available, but without inserts and no rubber… shipments is at 50sth eur plus import tax for you… just as an possible option,

just checked: the rears are supposed to be available from the factory itself for 654€

Would be swell if someone can post detailed pics.

            Thanks

Frank, here's a link from a thread on the old ESR when they were first launched. I have 2 sets for future use, as I thought they were better than Marek's best lenses (imho) that were available for a while. There's an NOS set of rears on eBay.

On a quick scan of the 15 pages I don't think there's an image of the euro rears, if you find that's the case, I'd be happy to post pics of the "new" ones that I have.

Thanks Eric. After reading through that whole thread and only nodding off once I think it’s a hard pass.
With Porsche’s resources and they can’t even get the color right?
                Thanks again.
