I just watched a YouTube video by a very successful realtor in SoCal. He's warning about the coming crash in real estate, which I agree with, but that's beside the point. In a 10 minute video he set what has to be a new world record in the use of clichés. Here's a partial list:
Cheers,
John
- heat map
- temperature check
- too many eggs in one basket
- rainbows and sunshine
- level headed realist
- weather the storm
- drop off a cliff
- contagion will set in
- numbers will skyrocket
- double edged sword
- ahead of the curve
- ring the bell
- pass the smell taste
- cut to the chase
- sound the alarm
- kick the can
- drinking the Kool-Aid
- gut feeling
- in the trenches
- doesn't take a rocket scientist
- play it safe
- out of left field
- dust is settling
- pay the piper
- hanging on by fingernails
- buckle up and strap in
- real world
Cheers,
John
